Felice has several years of experience directing and managing communications and public relations departments with non-profit organizations and advocacy groups on the local, state and national levels. Her work has included education reform, health care, and voting rights initiatives. She worked as a civic engagement coordinator for Milwaukee Riverkeeper and now volunteers with the marketing and fund development board committee for the organization. In addition, she is a national communications strategist that works with national African American women's groups on increasing awareness and disseminating information on Black women's public policy health issues such as breast cancer, mental illness and patient advocacy. Felice also serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for a Milwaukee NHA charter school.

Sandra brings 20 years of experience in fiscal oversight and responsibility to Wisconsin Voices. She has extensive knowledge of accounting, auditing, budgeting, grants management and compliance, financial reporting, tax preparation, and information technology. Most of this time was spent in Tribal Governmental Fund Accounting which has now transferred over to the Nonprofit sector. Sandra is a proud member of the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Tribe of Chippewa Indians. She has passed the Bad River Tribal Bar Exam and has also previously served on the Bad River Tribal Election Committee with two of those years as Ad Hoc Chair. She was also the Bad River Repatriation and Johnson O’Malley / Indian Education Committee Secretaries for 10 years..

Mike has more than 17 years of experience, working on and managing campaigns with some of the country’s most notable progressive organizations in states such as Mississippi, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, North Carolina and Arizona. Early in his career, Mike was active in Mississippi politics, where he conducted statistical analysis of voter trends and provided state capitol testimony to rebut negative propaganda. Since that time, Mike has served as a field organizer and strategist, developing field plans, managing voter information databases and facilitating training.

LaToya is a Milwaukee native, mother of four and youngest of six, who grew-up on the city’s east side. LaToya's work in organizing began as a fed-up homecare worker who decided to help unionize other homecare workers through the S.E.I.U. She has thrived in many positions with the union and helped to create Wisconsin Jobs Now, Fight for $15. She has also served as a canvass coordinator on numerous local, state and national political campaigns.
